About Dunbar Mill

Dunbar Mill and Cottage were created on the grounds of an historic sugar plantation works dating back to the 18th C. The windmill is the basis of the main house with two bedrooms, a huge gourmet kitchen and outbuilding facilities. Nearby is a two-bedroom guest cottage with two kitchens and two living areas.

This stunning property was painstakingly restored by history buffs who integrated the ruins into modern amenities for year round living. It includes a salt water pool, a third-floor office, and state of the art composting systems. The kitchen is a gourmand’s delight, big enough for cooking classes, and perfect for entertaining small or large groups. Floating stairs lead to the second floor master bedroom suite with office/seating area, and then up to the study on the top floor of the tower.
